Rooms

The rooms comprise of standard doubles, river view with queen beds and deluxe spas with complimentary port and chocolates.

A family room that will sleep five and an easy access room suitable for wheelchairs, with a double and single bed are also available.

All guest rooms as well as the guest lounge-room, have flat panel, digital televisions with DVD players. There is a DVD library from which guests can select a movie to watch.

Some rooms have their own external access for those who treasure their privacy. The rooms have all been tastefully decorated with furnishings that reflect a bygone era, including the cosy guest lounge with leather lounge, open fire and access to the sweeping front verandah for views of sunsets over Mount Wellington.

Afternoon tea
freshly baked cakes, muffins or cookies is served daily.
Four-night winter specials are available on request.

Standard double room
(double bed) with ensuite;
located at the rear of Orana House -
$120 per night

River View room
(queen bed) with ensuite;
at the front with garden and river views -
$130 per night

Deluxe room
(queen bed) with ensuite;
at the front with garden and river views
and private entrance -
$150 per night

Spa room
(queen bed) with ensuite;
two are at the front with garden and river views
and private entrances, one at the rear -
$170 per night

Family room
(one queen bed and three single beds) with ensuite;
located at the front with garden and river views -
$130 per night plus $50 for each extra person
(please note - although we love children and have
two of our own, we do not cater for children under 5 years of age).

Easy Access room
(one double bed and one single bed) with ensuite;
at the rear with level access throughout and
sliding door to rear courtyard and side entrance -
$130 per night plus $50 for each extra person

*All tariffs are for two people and include a continental breakfast and afternoon tea.

$50 deposit is required to secure any booking.

Booking Terms And Conditions

Check-in is normally after 12 midday but if you
arrive earlier and your room is ready you may
check-in, or you are welcome to leave your bags
and pick up your room key.

For the consideration of other guests, check-in time
is strictly between 12 midday and 6pm unless prior
arrangements are made.

A cancellation fee will apply to any cancellation
within 7 days of the arrival date.

Conditions of use

Smoking is not permitted inside Orana House.
We do not allow pets.
